Shipping Policy

At CaseHutch, we ship iPhone cases, AirPods cases, Apple Watch straps, Kindle cases, phone charms, and other tech accessories worldwide. This policy explains our shipping methods, costs, delivery times, taxes, tracking, and what happens if something goes wrong with your order.

Shipping Methods and Rates

United States

Standard Shipping costs $5 with a transit time of 7 to 10 business days.

Express Shipping costs $8 with a transit time of 4 to 6 business days.

Standard Shipping is free on all US orders of $50 or more.

International (All Other Countries)

Standard Shipping costs $7 with a transit time of 7 to 10 business days.

Standard Shipping is free on all international orders of $50 or more.

Free shipping applies to the order subtotal before taxes and after any discounts. Express Shipping is currently available for United States orders only.

Express Shipping is not currently available for international orders due to carrier service limitations. We are working to expand express delivery to international destinations.

Order Handling Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

 
Orders placed after 5:00 PM local store time, on weekends, or on public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.


Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Total Delivery Time

Total delivery time is calculated as handling time plus transit time.

For United States Standard Shipping, total delivery is typically 8 to 12 business days from the order date.

For United States Express Shipping, total delivery is typically 5 to 8 business days from the order date.

For International Standard Shipping, total delivery is typically 8 to 12 business days from the order date.

Transit times are estimates provided by our shipping carriers and are not guaranteed. Remote areas, customs clearance, peak seasons, and weather conditions may extend delivery times.

Order Tracking

Every order includes a tracking number, sent by email once your package ships. You can track your order at any time using the link provided in your shipping confirmation email or through our Order Tracking page at casehutch.com/apps/track123.

Taxes, Duties, and VAT

For United States orders, sales tax may apply based on your shipping address and will be calculated at checkout where required.

For international orders, prices displayed at checkout do not include import duties, VAT, customs fees, or other taxes that may apply in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by your local customs authority. We recommend checking with your local customs office for estimated charges before placing your order.

CaseHutch has no control over these fees and cannot predict the amount.

Shipping Destinations

We ship to most countries worldwide. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us at support@casehutch.com before placing an order so we can confirm whether shipping is possible to your location.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. CaseHutch is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at the customer's expense.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, or if it is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date at support@casehutch.com.
We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After this window, your order may already be in processing and cannot be changed or cancelled.
