Customer Support Information
We collect customer support information directly from you when you contact our team. This information is used to provide support and resolve any issues. It is shared only with the customer service tools we use internally. Customer support information includes your name, email address, and any other details you choose to share during the conversation.
How We Use Your Information
We use your personal information to deliver and fulfill your orders, process payments securely, communicate order confirmations and updates, respond to support requests, send promotional emails and marketing communications when you have opted in, analyze site traffic and improve store performance, screen transactions for fraud, and comply with applicable legal obligations.

The service providers we share data with include Shopify, which is our ecommerce platform (privacy policy at shopify.com/legal/privacy), our payment processors PayPal, Stripe, and Shop Pay, our shipping and logistics providers, Google Analytics and Google Ads for performance tracking and advertising, Meta and Facebook Ads for social media advertising, Pinterest and TikTok for advertising and analytics where applicable, and Shopify Audiences for audience matching.
We may also share information when required by law, court order, or government request, or when necessary to protect our legal rights, property, or the safety of our customers.
Behavioural Advertising
We use your personal information to show you relevant advertisements across third-party platforms. This includes sharing activity data from our Site with Google Analytics for site performance tracking (privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy), Google Ads for search and display advertising, Meta and Facebook Ads for social media advertising and retargeting, Pinterest and TikTok for platform-specific advertising, and Shopify Audiences for aggregated audience matching used to deliver more relevant advertisements based on shopping behaviour.

For the Digital Advertising Alliance, visit optout.aboutads.info. You can also opt out of TikTok and Pinterest tracking through the privacy controls inside each platform.
For visitors from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, we have implemented Google Consent Mode v2. This means Google advertising and analytics tags will operate only in accordance with the consent choices you make through our cookie consent banner.

Minors
This Site is not directed at children. Order data is typically retained for up to 7 years for accounting, tax, and legal compliance purposes. Marketing data is retained until you withdraw consent or unsubscribe. Customer support records are typically retained for 3 years.

We take reasonable and appropriate measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. This includes industry-standard SSL encryption during checkout, PCI-DSS compliant payment processing, and access controls on internal systems. Do Not Track

For other "Do Not Track" browser signals, there is currently no consistent industry standard, and we do not respond to these signals separately.
