Returns and Refunds Policy

At CaseHutch, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains how to return an item, request an exchange, receive a refund, and what to do if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. It applies to all products sold on casehutch.com, including iPhone cases, AirPods cases, Apple Watch straps, Kindle cases, phone charms, and other tech accessories.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, must be in its original packaging, and must include all accessories that came with it. Your return request must also be submitted within 30 days of delivery. Items returned outside this window or in used condition cannot be accepted.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, email our support team at support@casehutch.com with your order number and proof of purchase. Once your return request is approved, we will send full return instructions, including the return address and any required reference details.

For eligible US orders, a prepaid return shipping label will be included with your approval email. International customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect, in which case CaseHutch will cover the return shipping.

Please do not send any item back without written approval from our team. Returns shipped without prior authorization may not be processed.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status within 2 business days.

If approved, we will issue your refund within 2 business days of approving your return. Refunds are processed to your original payment method and typically appear in your account within 5 to 7 business days, although some banks may take up to 10 business days to complete processing.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item. Express shipping fees are also non-refundable, including for orders that arrive within the express transit window or for any delivery delays caused by carriers, customs, or weather conditions.

If more than 10 business days have passed since your refund was approved and the funds have not appeared in your account, please contact us at support@casehutch.com so we can investigate.

Exchanges

We offer free exchanges for eligible US orders. For approved US exchanges, we cover return shipping and send the replacement item at no additional cost. International exchanges are available, but international customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.

Exchanges are available within 30 days of delivery for a different phone model, a different color, or another item within the same product line.

To request an exchange, email support@casehutch.com with your order number and the item you would like instead. We typically confirm exchange requests within 1 to 2 business days. Once your return shipment is confirmed in transit, we will dispatch your replacement within 1 to 2 business days.

Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging to qualify for an exchange.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact our support team as soon as possible by email at support@casehutch.com.

When you contact us, please include your order number, a description of the issue, and a clear photo of the item showing the problem.

We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, a refund, or a partial refund depending on the situation. In some cases, we may not require the original item to be returned. We aim to resolve all damage and defect claims within 2 business days of receiving your message.

Product Defects

If your item develops a manufacturing defect such as peeling coating, delaminating layers, or buttons that fail on first use, please contact us at support@casehutch.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.

We review each defect claim individually and will work with you to find a fair resolution. Minor surface scratches or scuffs caused by normal daily use are not considered manufacturing defects and are not covered under this policy.

Exceptions

Returns and exchanges cannot be accepted for items that have been used or worn, items not returned in their original packaging, or gift cards.

The 30-day return window applies to all purchases, including discounted, promotional, and sale items. There are no separate return rules for items purchased on sale.

European Union Customers

If your order is delivered to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt under EU consumer protection law (EU Directive 2011/83/EU), without providing any reason. In addition to this 14-day statutory Right of Withdrawal, EU customers also benefit from our voluntary 30-day return window described above. The longer of the two windows applies to your order.

Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order. Contact us by email at support@casehutch.com with the subject line: Order Cancellation – [Your Order Number].

Return Conditions for EU Orders

You may open and inspect the item as you would in a physical store. Items should be returned in their original condition where possible. If the item's value has been diminished due to handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning, we reserve the right to deduct that amount from your refund. Proof of purchase should be included where available.

Once we receive your cancellation request, we will confirm receipt within 1 business day and provide return instructions.

EU Refund Timeline

We will issue your refund within 14 days of receiving your cancellation request. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned item or you have provided proof of return shipment, whichever occurs first. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

PU leather. The exterior is polyurethane leather a synthetic material with a leather-look surface treatment. It won't age or patina the way real leather does, but it holds up well to daily handling and requires no conditioning or special care to maintain its appearance.

The pivot is built for repeated daily use. It locks with clear physical resistance at each position and doesn't drift under the device's weight once set.
